Who handles your information
This website is operated by Vladimir Štimac, Croatia. For privacy enquiries use our contact form and mention “Privacy request”.
What we collect and why
We process the name, email address, phone number, event details and message you enter so we can answer your enquiry, discuss availability, prepare a quote and arrange a service at your request. Please do not include children’s full names, health information or other sensitive information.
Handling a requested quote or booking is based on taking steps at your request before a contract, or performing a contract. Security checks and prevention of abuse are based on our legitimate interest in protecting the website. Records required by law are kept to fulfil those obligations. Contact permission is used for communication about your enquiry, not advertising.
Security information
We keep a protected hash of your IP address with enquiries. For contact-form enquiries we also store an encrypted IP address accessible only to an authorised administrator. The IP address may be sent to ipapi.is to check for VPN, proxy, Tor and abuse indicators. The result is stored with the relevant enquiry. This check does not automatically reject your enquiry.
Essential cookies and browser storage
A session cookie supports secure forms and administrator authentication. Session storage holds form identifiers and remembers notices shown during your visit. Local storage remembers that you dismissed the essential-cookie notice. This website does not use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. You can clear stored data in your browser settings.
YouTube videos
Video players are loaded only when you select “Load video”. Before that action, this section makes no connection to YouTube. Loading a player connects your browser to YouTube using its privacy-enhanced player; YouTube may process your IP address, device information and viewing activity. You can instead open the video directly on YouTube. See Google’s privacy policy.
Who receives the information
Your enquiry is stored with our hosting provider and a notification is sent to the operator through the mail service. Authorised administrators can access it in the CMS. The security provider receives the limited IP information described above. We do not sell your information. WhatsApp opens only if you choose its link; your use of that service is subject to its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Submitted enquiries are kept while needed to answer you, arrange the event and resolve follow-up questions. Booking records may be retained for legal obligations or claims. Unneeded records are reviewed and deleted by the administrator. Login-attempt records are scheduled for deletion after one day; password-reset links expire after 30 minutes. Protected backups may retain earlier records until those backups are removed.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw permission. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing. Send a request through our contact form. You may also complain to Croatia’s data protection authority, AZOP.
