BEFORE YOU BOOK

Booking terms

Enquiries and confirmation

Sending a form does not reserve a date or create a confirmed booking. We first check availability and agree the programme, date, location, duration, performance language and full price. Your booking is confirmed when you explicitly accept it through the client portal, by phone, WhatsApp, email or another direct means of communication.

Prices and travel

This website offers a children’s magician for birthdays, events and private parties in Istria. The indicative package price range is shown on the home page. The final price depends on duration, location, number of children and event requirements. The written offer confirms the programme, duration, full price and any travel costs before you accept. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to a booking.

Parents and guardians

The service is entertainment, not childcare or supervision. A parent or guardian must remain nearby throughout the programme and is responsible for the children’s safety, behaviour and needs. The organiser must provide a suitable, safe performance area.

Venue and programme

Please provide accurate venue and access details and the children’s approximate ages and numbers. Outdoor events require a suitable sheltered alternative. Space, access, timing and any sound requirements are agreed before the event.

Payment, changes and cancellations

Payment terms, any deposit and rescheduling conditions are provided in the written offer before you accept.

You may cancel free of charge within 24 hours of your booking being confirmed. After this period, a cancellation fee of 35% of the total booking value applies. Any deposit already paid will count towards the cancellation fee.

If your plans change, please contact us promptly. These terms do not exclude any mandatory consumer rights.

Questions or complaints
